Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for
- Leadership & Team Development Inspire, motivate, and mentor a dynamic sales team to exceed sales targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Strategic Sales Planning Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Performance Analysis Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions that drive improvements and achieve results.
- Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution Quickly identify and resolve challenges, whether internal or client-related, ensuring minimal disruption to sales operations.
- Time & Resource Management Efficiently manage your time and resources to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.
- Adaptability Adjust strategies and approaches as necessary in response to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing Lead contract negotiations and manage high-stakes deals to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Team Coaching & Development Provide ongoing coaching and training to your team, empowering them to continuously improve their skills and achieve professional growth.
- Results-Oriented Execution Maintain a strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the insurance industry
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to drive informed decisions.
Compensation $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
